Story: Sarah and James’ Journey to a Joyful Marriage Through Service
Sarah and James had been married for about eight years. Over time, they found themselves caught up in the daily grind—jobs, kids, chores—and unintentionally began taking each other for granted. Small annoyances turned into arguments, and despite loving each other dearly, they felt distant and disconnected.
One evening, after a stressful day filled with work and messes in the house, Sarah looked around and realized how much she and James had stopped really caring for each other the way they used to. She remembered the story of Jesus washing His disciples’ feet—His act of serving others humbly—and thought, Why not try something similar? Not in a grand way, but through small acts of kindness and service.

Prayer for Serving Each Other
Heavenly Father,
